$15000 NAB Schools First winner

Clifton State High School has been announced a $15000 NAB Schools First Seed Funding winner for its community partnership with the Lions Club of Clifton.

Still in its infancy, the winning partnership aims to provide an enhanced agricultural program for students, including equine and cattle activities and ultimately to build an Agricultural and Equine Centre at the school.  The new partnership builds on an existing partnership between the school and the Lions Club which has seen the establishment of a school based Leos Club.

The win is part of the $2 million for this year's NAB Schools First awards which recognise and celebrate outstanding school-community partnerships from around the country.
