Every region that engages the Chaplaincy Service also has an CST or a Chaplaincy Support Team. The CST is made up of committed members of the school community and assists with:
collaborative planning and communication about the chaplaincy service
monitoring provision of the program of chaplaincy service
identification and resolution of issues regarding the chaplaincy service
provision of guidance and support to the chaplain
The purpose of CST meetings includes but is not limited to:
operational management and coordination of the chaplaincy service at the school level
reporting on the progress and outcomes
monitoring and reviewing the chaplaincy work plan
identification and management of issues and requirements for chaplaincy services
fundraising opportunities
forward planning
Currently the Clifton Chaplaincy Support Team meets on the last Thursday of every second month at the Clifton Anglican Hall and holders of its executive positions include:
